As a certified meditation facilitator, I practice affirmation, visualization, and loving-kindness meditations. It is a great honor to foster empathy, peace, and kindness in others.
All my sessions are personalized, whether 1:1 or group. I offer in-person and virtual options, either 30 minutes or 60 minutes. My meditations incorporate breathwork, visualizations, and easy tools to bring into your daily life.
