Mindfulness and meditation practices have been keystones of my personal health journey, and in Spring of 2022 I had the opportunity to earn my meditation facilitator certification. It’s truly my honor to guide others and provide not just a small slice of calm in their day, but a chance to go within and find clarity.
I studied psychobiology (B.S.) with a minor in evolutionary medicine at UCLA. My classes on human biology, psychology, neuroscience, public health, aging, mind-body interactions, and evidence-based nutrition give me an academic research-based perspective on health and wellness. This, paired with my deep empathy and passion for helping others, gives me a unique approach.
